Several things have happened since the end of August. Most significant for our family is the recent death of Sally's mum, Pam Rycraft. The funeral will be sometime in October but as yet the date is not yet fixed. Sally continues to work as it helps her to be active but she has cancelled or postponed some of Octobers activities. Other Changes to the plans have been the postponement of Tim's Cliff course due to lack of funds to pay for the course and the need for Tim to find some work, preferably part time, to supplement Sally's stipend as our income has effectively dropped by 10%. We are now operating with one car as we cannot afford to replace the Skoda or run a second car unless Tim finds suitable work or some God supplies. |

3rd October Jesus Deck Training Day (S) - Postponed - new date to be arranged 20th-22nd Nov: Southminster Parish Weekend (T) URGENT PRAYER REQUEST; one of our cars has "died" and we need to be able to replace it, finances dictate that this is going to be very difficult, but God has supplied for our needs in this respect before and we are trusting that he will do so again! Sally has (by request) published a book of poetry, proceeds to Whitefield's you can buy a copy here. or from Sally who has a few copies for sale. |

The Journey into Wholeness Conference was excellent, you can read Sally's Reports here. and here Tim and Sally are learning to use the Jesus Deck as an effective mission tool, you can read about it here. Sally's dissertation for the MA will be on the Journey Into Wholeness Project, for this the Methodist Church will release her for one day each week. This time will be used for study and writing and visiting the stalls and teams of the project. Hopefully the work will be published somewhere. |

Sally has been Stationed in the Snaith and Selby Circuit in Yorkshire, and will be Minister to 4 Churches in Sherburn-in-Elmet, South Milford, Wistow. |

Sally has now completed 4 Units towards an MA in Pastoral and Practical Theology. |
|
|
Tim has completed all of his assignments towards a Diploma in Theology. |
|
|
Tim has been accepted onto the MA Course at Cliff College. |

Jo and Jon are have completed and passed their second year at University. Jon has just returned from performing at Edinburgh Fringe! |

Jo has played in a number of concerts with both the full orchestra and Chamber Music groups, she is also an active member of one of St Thomas Crooks cell groups in Sheffield and enjoying worship, fellowship and social action projects there. She is also helping to lead an Alpha Course. |

Paul has done extremely well, gaining some excellent results in the first year of his course, and looking towards training as a Secondary School teacher. Paul and Louise were married in Kings Lynn on 17th July! |

Christopher is enjoying Cliff College, he has passed all of his courses with good marks, and has been on three different mission trips. Christopher's operation was a success at last!!!! He will return to Cliff in September.. |

Emma is enjoying Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, and is working in various schools around the city she has a number of young pupils whom she is teaching the violin, and several cello students, her first crop of exam takers gained merits and distinctions. She is currently playing with the Durham Sinfonia, and with a recently formed Quartet. She has begun a Masters Course at Newcastle University, and recently played in a programme to be broadcast on ITV next year. She and Ralph have recently moved house and they are enjoying Northern life! |
